Front End Features
(Patient Features)
Therapists' Public Area: The patient can chat with you for a free introduction when you are broadcasting live, otherwise they can view your pre-recorded introduction video. The patient can access your profile for more information about your background & experience as well as preview your photo gallery. They also have the ability view your calendar and schedule a session.
Therapists' Private Area: The patient can start a private session or a private 1 to 1 webcam session that enables you and the patient to see each other during the counseling session. The patient can also utilize typed text chat as well as one way video chat if they don’t have a web cam or prefer a more private experience.
Funds: This is where the patient can see their current balance, or put additional funds in their virtual wallet.
Session History: The patient can check their private session’s history.
Private Messages: the therapist or patient can send or receive private messages within the system as an alternative to less secure emails.

Profile: Update your background and experience information.
Broadcast Live: This is where the therapist is able to broadcast live and be available anytime a patient wants to start a session. The therapist can turn on/off the sound, on/off public video broadcast (keep text chat only) or remove users from chat (guests or registered members).
Recording Studio: Record introduction videos for patients.
Photo Gallery: The therapist can upload unlimited pictures to the gallery or take screenshots from their web cam.
Income: The therapist can see income generate at any time. All payments are sent to your Paypal account. If you don't have one, we will set one up for you.
Calendar: The therapist can display a schedule of their upcoming available time online as well as their scheduled appointments.
Clients: This is where the client can view, delete, or block patients.
Funds: This is where the therapists’ can see their current funds total.
History: This is where the therapists’ can see their session history with their patients.
Private Messages: The therapist or patient can send or receive private messages within the system as an alternative to less secure emails.
Public Area and Home Page - Guests or registered patients (members) can see if you are online or not. Therapists’ are notified of user activity by specific sounds every time a user enters the introduction session or a private session and are given the option to accept or deny requests for entrance.
Administrator Features (site owner/operator):
Payments: the administrator is able to see the member and therapist payments. The Member section will show all the transactions that were made on the website. The therapist section is helping the site Admin to manage therapist payments (to keep records of the amounts paid, and records of payment requests from Therapists.
Members: the administrator can see members in the system, delete or block accounts, send email to members and add or remove funds from the users' virtual wallets.
Censored Words: management for the words that will be censored in the Therapists' public and private area chat. The script allows the Admin to add / delete censored words. During the discussion, a star (*) will appear instead of the word. This can be used for hiding a location of the therapist, or practice, or other secure information.
Newsletter: the administrator can send newsletters to all the accounts in the system (all patients/members).
IP Address: this feature consists of three lists. White list (the list of allowed IP addresses), black list (access to the site from this address will be blocked), and the country list (the administrator can block the access to the site of users from different countries).
Stats: full detailed in real time stats of the whole website viewable by date interval. Practices general totals and Therapists general.
